Iceberg lettuce with turkey breast

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small can of corn (sweet corn)
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large cucumber(s) (snake cucumber)
  • 500 ml Miracle Whip, light
  • possibly milk or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 25 minutes

Tear the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Cut the turkey breast into thin strips, season, and roast. Cut the bell pepper and cucumber into strips or pieces. Layer the turkey breast, corn, cucumber, and bell pepper on the salad. Mix Miracle Whip with a few tablespoons of milk or cream, if desired, and drizzle over the salad. No additional seasoning is necessary. Let stand overnight. Toss just before serving. Simply serve with roast meat and baguette for a great party salad.
