Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 75 g butter
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and halve the bananas. Whisk the egg on a plate and mix the breadcrumbs with the flaked almonds. Melt the butter in a pan. Dip the banana slices first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and almond mixture. Fry in the hot butter until golden brown on both sides. Gently heat the honey in a pan and allow it to melt. Arrange the bananas on plates and pour the melted honey over the breaded bananas. Serve with cream.
