Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks, boiled
  • 250 g icing sugar, mixed with
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 300 g flour, mixed with
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 bottle of lemonade with beer (Radler), 330 ml
  • 100 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Quick to make, 20 – 22 muffins

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan/convection oven. First, mash the egg yolk with a fork and mix with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add the egg and mix the mixture with a mixer until a smooth batter forms. Now add the flour-baking powder mixture and the shandy in small amounts, alternating between the shandy and the shandy, to the batter, starting with the flour. Stir gently, as the shandy will foam. Finally, stir in the oil. Pour the batter into muffin tins or into a greased and floured large cake pan. Bake for about 20-22 minutes until golden brown. The cake takes 55-60 minutes. This recipe makes 20-22 muffins. The muffins can be embellished with chocolate chips or a glaze, for example.
