Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, Icelandic, e.g. Skyr
  • 1 large persimmon(s), fresh
  • 10 physalis, cleaned
  • 4 physalis with leaves, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dessert without added sugar

Remove the stem from the persimmon and roughly chop the fruit. Puree the persimmon, physalis, and Icelandic cream cheese together, fill jars, and garnish with the remaining physalis.
