Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 broccoli
- 1 onion(s)
- 400 g bacon, diced
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Separate small florets from the broccoli and wash them. Peel and finely dice the onion, and add it to the broccoli florets. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan and add them as well. Mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and apple cider vinegar well and drizzle over the salad. Let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Note: Must be prepared one day in advance!
