Pork strips with Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 pork schnitzels or steaks
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 1 handful of leaf spinach as desired
  • some salt and pepper
  • Broth, granulated
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pork into strips and season with pepper. Fry in a little oil until light brown on all sides, pour in the cream, and bring to a boil. Add the Gorgonzola pieces. Wait until the cheese has melted and a creamy sauce has formed. If desired, add the leaf spinach and let it wilt. Season with salt and pepper. Spätzle (spaetzle) is best served with this dish.
