Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 figs, fresh, ripe
- 100 g cream cheese
- 8 slices of raw ham
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
as a starter
Cut the figs crosswise, fill them with cream cheese, and wrap each one with two slices of prosciutto. Melt the honey, for example, in a water bath, and add the balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the mixture over the cream cheese. Season with a little pepper. Place the figs in an ovenproof dish and heat in the oven at 40°C for 15 minutes.
