Ham and sour cream tartlets

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 pack of cooked ham, approx. 200 g
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 50 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • e.g. oregano
  • n. B. garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pack of pizza dough, approx. 400 – 600 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for a 12-cup muffin tray

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Cut the ham into small cubes. Place in a bowl with the cheese, sour cream, and tomato paste and mix well. Season well with oregano and garlic. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Cut the pizza dough into 12 small squares and place them in the muffin tins. Pour the ham mixture into the dough. Optionally, you can top with more cheese. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 10-15 minutes.
