Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 slices of cooked ham
- 12 slice(s) cheese (sliced)
- 3 cups of cream
- 200 g tomato paste
- 1 cup red wine (Bordeaux), or other
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wrap the 12 slices of cheese in 12 slices of cooked ham. Place in a baking dish. Whisk the cream briefly, then add the tomato paste. Whisk briefly again. Add the Bordeaux wine and stir briefly again. Pour the sauce over the ham rolls and bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve with pasta.
