Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g pork schnitzel, from the leg, (ham schnitzel)
  • 400 g pumpkin flesh (spaghetti squash), cooked
  • 200 g mashed potatoes from the previous day (mashed potatoes from blue potatoes)
  • 3 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Ham schnitzel with blue-yellow mashed potatoes and pumpkin

Heat fat in a pan over medium heat and fry the meat until tender. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, drizzle with oil, and season lightly with pepper if desired. Grease a microwave-safe dish, season with pumpkin flesh and blue mashed potatoes if desired, then alternate filling (I used yellow, blue, and yellow). Microwave for 6-8 minutes (depending on the quantity and wattage), then pour the mixture onto the lettuce leaves on the plate. Place the meat next to it, season, and garnish as desired. I always season plain meat after frying.
