Quark rice with peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g rice pudding
  • 500 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g quark
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp peach juice
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 can peach(s), halved, drained, chopped if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the first four ingredients into rice pudding according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, combine the next four ingredients to make the quark mixture. Then combine the rice pudding and the quark mixture. Finally, layer the mixture with the peaches, either in a large bowl or in small dessert bowls.
