crispy chicken with vegetables and noodles

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate in half the soy sauce with a little salt, pepper, and chili flakes for 1 hour. Chop the vegetables and onions. Toss the meat with 3 tablespoons of honey, then add flour until each piece is coated. Brown the meat pieces in a little oil in a large pan until they have a nice crust. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Brown the onions until translucent, then add the vegetables and continue to brown everything, tossing with the remaining soy sauce and honey. Meanwhile, cook the mie noodles in a pot. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste and toss with the meat and cooked mie noodles. Use more or less honey to taste.
