Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 burger bun (wholemeal)
- 100 g gyros meat, frozen
- 2 tbsp tzatziki
- some onion rings
- 2 slice(s) tomato(s)
- 3 slices cucumber
- some feta cheese
- n. B. olives
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the frozen gyro in a pan with a little oil until cooked through. Toast the whole-wheat bun and spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki on the bottom half. Top with the gyro, onion rings, tomato, cucumber, and feta. Sprinkle with sliced olives, if desired. Place the top half of the bun on top.
