Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 burger bun (wholemeal)
  • 100 g gyros meat, frozen
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki
  • some onion rings
  • 2 slice(s) tomato(s)
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • some feta cheese
  • n. B. olives
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the frozen gyro in a pan with a little oil until cooked through. Toast the whole-wheat bun and spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki on the bottom half. Top with the gyro, onion rings, tomato, cucumber, and feta. Sprinkle with sliced ​​olives, if desired. Place the top half of the bun on top.
