Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 250 g ham, raw, diced
- 2 cups cream cheese, grainy
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Fry the ham cubes and then stir them into the cooked pasta. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream. Arrange the tagliatelle pasta on plates, spread the cream cheese mixture over the pasta, and serve. This is a great dish for hot days.
