Chocolate-walnut tartlets

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 120 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g margarine, cold
  • 4 tbsp water, cold
  • Flour , for the work surface
  • Fat, for the shape
  • 40 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g margarine, melted
  • 125 g walnuts, chopped
  • 150 g chocolate coating, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Walnuts, halves, for topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

For the dough, mix everything except the margarine and water. Roughly chop the margarine and add it to the bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until the margarine resembles small peas. Then add the water and knead everything well. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the holes of two muffin tins. For the filling, simply mix all the ingredients together. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 2-3 mm and cut out circles, e.g. using a glass. Press the dough circles into the holes in the muffin tin. Spread the filling evenly. Perhaps add a walnut half in the center for decoration. Bake for about 20 minutes.
