Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,500 g strawberries
  • 500 g raspberries
  • 1 kg gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 5 g citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the hulled berries, gelling sugar, and citric acid in a large saucepan and let the juices drain. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for about 4 minutes. Follow the instructions on the gelling sugar packet. Test the setting time. Pour the jam into prepared jars and seal them.
