- 1 kg strawberries
- 1 bar of chocolate, 70%
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
- 1 lime(s), juice

Strawberry jam with dark chocolate
Hull, wash, and puree the strawberries, mix with the lime juice and preserving sugar, and let stand for 2-3 hours. Grate the chocolate. Bring everything to a rolling boil for 3 minutes. Remove the jam from the heat and immediately pour into clean jars. This amount makes three 400g jars.
