Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 200 g minced meat
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 60 g Brunch Balance
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- pepper
- herbal salt
- sesame
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with meat and potatoes
Wash the asparagus, remove the woody ends, and cut the asparagus into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into eighths. Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water until al dente, remove them, and cook the potatoes in the same stock. Add a little cooking fat or oil to the wok. Sauté the garlic and the minced meat until crisp. Season with herb salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs, if desired. Add the cooked asparagus and potatoes to the wok, add the brunch, and stir everything together.
