Pears with ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pear(s), Williams Christ
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ lemon(s)
  • butter flakes
  • 1 pack of ice cream (blueberry ice cream or other)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the pears, halve them, and remove the cores. Place the halves on aluminum foil and sprinkle with sugar. Then drizzle with lemon juice and place the butter flakes on top. Close the foil and bake the pears in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. Remove the pears from the foil, top with ice cream, and serve immediately.
