Turkey strips with balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp potato flour (potato starch)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the meat into small pieces. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika, add the potato starch, and stir to combine. Brown in a little fat. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar, then add the mushrooms and sauté. Add the cream, simmer slightly, and finally season with spices, if desired. Serve with rice.
