Tortellini with cheese, cream and minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150g tortellini
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 250 g cream or Cremefine
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. While this is happening, dice the onion and mince the garlic. Lightly fry the ground meat in a pan. Finally, add the onion and garlic. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Once the meat is cooked, add the cream and processed cheese. Then add the cooked tortellini. You may need to adjust the seasoning further. I recommend using the small tortellini; I personally prefer them to the large ones from the sealed package.
