Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg peach(s), peeled
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon(s), the grated peel and some juice
- some cinnamon
- 50 g almond(s), peeled, roasted
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 200 g yogurt
- some sugar

delicious simple dessert – not just for cold Christmas days
Halve, pit, and quarter the peaches. Heat the honey in a saucepan. Add the peach quarters along with the ground cinnamon and grated lemon zest and bring to a boil in a covered pan. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Then let cool and sprinkle with the almonds. For the yogurt cream, mix the crème fraîche and yogurt together. Season with sugar and a little lemon juice. Serve the yogurt cream with the peaches.
