Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
- 6 tbsp Nutella or other nut nougat cream
- possibly hazelnuts or almonds, ground

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
very easy and quick!
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into triangles depending on the desired size of the croissants. Spread the hazelnut spread over the puff pastry triangles, leaving a 1 cm border. Grab the dough at the outer edges and roll up. Gently press the outer edges together at the end. Shape the croissants into light half-moons and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. If desired, sprinkle ground hazelnuts or almonds on the hazelnut spread.
