Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g wheat flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of milk if needed
  • 100 g chocolate coating or other decoration of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for 12 pieces

First, put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Then add the butter, egg, sugar, and a pinch of salt and mix everything with a mixer until smooth. Add a splash of milk if desired. Then pour the batter into the cake pop maker cases and bake until light golden brown. Turn them over occasionally, as otherwise they may darken on one side. Now insert 12 sticks into the cake pops. Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler and decorate the cake pops with it. Tip: Optionally, you can also stir chocolate chips or cocoa powder into the batter. Recipe editor’s note: A cake pop maker works like a waffle iron – when using it, follow the appliance’s instructions.
