Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 points cream stiffener
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 12 chocolate kisses
- 1 cake base
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir in the low-fat quark. Separate the marshmallows from the base and fold them into the cream and quark mixture. Spread the mixture over the cake base and decorate with the marshmallows. Best served chilled.
