Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (fruit base)
  • 1 pack of chocolate kisses
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 point cream stiffener
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Separate the marshmallows from the base and mix with the quark. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Add the lemon juice. Spread the mixture over the cake base and decorate with the wafer layers. Refrigerate for one hour and enjoy fresh.
