Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp anise
  • 1 tsp juniper berries
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 5 carnations
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 0.7 liters of schnapps (Doppelkorn)
  • 170 g brown rock sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The spices are infused with the Doppelkorn schnapps, along with the rock sugar. Place the infusion in a sunny window for about six weeks, shaking daily if possible. Filter through a fine cloth, pour into a bottle, and refrigerate.
