Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 110 g butter or margarine, soft
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 80 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 50 g oat flakes
Instructions

enough for about 15 pieces
Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Then stir in the egg and then the walnuts. Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Add the oats and mix well. Use a teaspoon to drop small heaps of the dough, leaving some space between them, onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Then let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, as they will still be a little soft. Then let them cool completely on a wire rack. Tip: For Christmas, you can add a little cinnamon to the dough.
