Hot chocolate with Christmas spices

Finely chop the chocolate. Heat the sugar and orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate, and stir until smooth. Spoon 2 tablespoons of this mixture into three glasses and swirl until the bottom of the glass is covered with chocolate. Place the glasses in the refrigerator. Set the remaining chocolate mixture aside. Simmer the milk with the cinnamon sticks and orange zest over low heat, then let it steep for about 4-5 minutes; do not bring to a boil. Then remove the cinnamon sticks and orange zest, add the remaining chocolate mixture, and stir until the milk is frothy. Remove the glasses from the refrigerator and fill with the hot milk. If you like, sprinkle some grated chocolate on top. Serve hot.
