Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 ml milk
- 30 g sugar
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 10 g chocolate
- 20 g brown sugar
- 20 g almonds or roasted almonds
- 200 g milk
- 150 g banana(s)
- 2 scoops of natural frozen yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For the chocolate sauce, combine the milk with the sugar, cocoa powder, and finely chopped chocolate. Heat until the chocolate has melted. Simmer until the desired consistency is reached. If you like, you can use roasted almonds yourself or make the brittle from the sugar and almonds in a pan. To make the brittle, first chop the almonds finely, then melt the sugar with a little water until it caramelizes. Immediately add the almonds and stir until everything is combined. Let cool on a baking sheet. Blend the bananas with the milk. First, place the frozen yogurt in glasses in balls or pieces, then pour the shake over the top. Finally, top with as many of the chocolate sauce and almonds as desired. Serve immediately.
