Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g almonds, sweetened
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with very few ingredients

Combine the vanilla extract, sugar, and water in a pan and heat over high heat until boiling. Caution: Do not stir! Then add the almonds and stir until the water has almost completely evaporated. Now sprinkle in the cocoa powder and mix everything together. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet to cool, making sure they are lying individually.
