Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 20 g almonds, sweet, chopped
  • 20 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 20 g candied orange peel
  • 2 plum(s), dried
  • 2 apricots, dried
  • 2 apple rings, dried
  • 30 g chocolate, bitter, good quality
  • Palm fat (coconut fat)
  • some marzipan – raw mass

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the dried fruit more or less coarsely according to your preference, then knead all ingredients (except the chocolate and decorative marzipan) together. Shape the mixture into one large loaf or two small loaves. For the coating, melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil and cover the marzipan loaf with it. For the decoration, roll out the marzipan, cut out small shapes, and decorate with a little chocolate. Allow to dry thoroughly and store in a cool place (in the cellar, preferably not in the refrigerator). Variation: instead of bread, shape into individual small marzipan pralines. Let the loaves sit for a few days before eating.
