Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml liqueur (Amarula)
- 200 g butter
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 150 g brown cane sugar
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 350 g sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Gently heat the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and dark chocolate with the Amarula and mix until smooth. Once the chocolate and butter have melted and the sugar has dissolved, add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Place the batter on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180-190°C for 25-30 minutes.
