Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g sweetener (xylitol)
  • 5 g agartine
  • 2 tbsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Combine the first four ingredients, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the rum. Pour into glasses and let stand, upside down, for 5 minutes.
