Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g rock sugar, white
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 pack of citric acid
  • 13 fruit tea bags (Hot Love Fruit Tea)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 ml schnapps (grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 hours; Total time approx. 20 hours 10 minutes

Boil the rock sugar in the water until dissolved, then add the citric acid and tea bags. Let the mixture steep for 20 hours. Then remove the tea bags, add the lemon juice and the tea bags, and bottle.
