Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml green tea
- 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of gingerbread spice
- 1 piece(s) ginger, fresh
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Green tea with spices and foamed soy milk
Boil the green tea and let it steep with ginger. Mix the spices and honey with the tea in a glass. Froth the soy milk and pour it into the glass last.
