Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cans condensed milk, sweetened, e.g. Milchmädchen
  • 750 ml grain beer

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 15 minutes

Makes about 2 bottles of 1 liter of liqueur, a nice idea for Christmas

Simmer the condensed milk and the cans in a saucepan for about 5-6 hours, then let cool slightly. Combine two cans with half a bottle of clear liqueur (adjust the percentage to your liking) in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour everything into a bottle. The liqueur will settle a little. This yields approximately two 1-liter bottles.
