not only a poem for coffee fans, for 60 pieces

Knead all the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest for a few hours. Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out small squares. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. While the cookies are cooling, prepare the frosting. Beat the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until fluffy. Stir in the coffee and nuts. Place two cookies together. For the glaze, dissolve the coffee in the hot water and mix with a little powdered sugar, depending on your taste and consistency, to create a creamy glaze. Cover the cookies with this mixture and place a chocolate coffee bean in the center.
