Noodles with GDR sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some roux
  • 1 shot of milk, optional
  • some ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Tomato sausage sauce, simple, quick and tastes like it did back then

Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes, as well as the sausage. Brown both in a pan. Then add the passata and milk, if desired, and bring everything to a boil. Now add the roux and let the sauce simmer for another minute. Thicken the sauce if desired, bringing the sauce back to a boil. Finally, garnish with ketchup to taste and season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta according to the instructions and serve with the sauce.
