Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 200 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 240 ml espresso, cold
- 100 g almond(s), chopped
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 1 orange(s), (grated peel)
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 g powdered sugar
- Confectionery (chocolate mocha beans)

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Stir in oil, 200ml espresso, and all ingredients except powdered sugar and mocha beans. Pour batter into a greased, breadcrumb-dusted ring pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 50 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar with the remaining espresso to form a glaze. Frost the cooled cake with this mixture and decorate with mocha beans.
