Pasta with pesto rosso and feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 jar Pesto Rosso
  • 125 g sheep’s cheese
  • pepper
  • basil
  • Paprika powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to the package instructions. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into large cubes. Sauté them in a little olive oil in a pan for a few minutes, until only a little liquid remains. Then add a small jar of pesto rosso to the pan and add the feta cheese, cut into small cubes. Simmer over low heat until the feta cheese is mostly melted. Season with pepper, basil, and paprika, then stir in the pasta. Serve everything together.
