After Eight Cream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 package of chocolate mint bars
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 30 g sugar
  • possibly mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

super fast, super tasty

Heat the cream and melt the chocolate-mint bars in it. Leave in the fridge overnight. The next day, beat the quark with the sugar until creamy. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Fold the quark mixture into the cream. Place back in the fridge for another 1 hour and then serve. Or (this is what I do if I don’t want to wait a whole night!): Whip the cream with or without the cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the quark with the sugar and the crushed chocolate-mint bars, or fold in thoroughly so that the bars are no longer too coarse and everything is well combined. Then fold in the stiff cream and chill for 1 hour. Pour into glasses or a bowl and serve with a mint leaf.
