Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops (neck)
  • 1 kg onion(s) (cut into rings)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the chops well and cook until cooked through. Dust the onion rings with flour and fry them in a separate pan until well browned. Serve the chops with the onions. Serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
