Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • some oil
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • some Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the ham and onion. Sauté both in oil. Add the cooked pasta to the ham. Briefly toss to combine. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Maggi. Finish with crème fraîche. Serve with cucumber salad.
