Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • some salt
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Then fry this batter in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
