Coconut chocolate rice cakes

  • ½ bar of chocolate
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Rice cake(s)

Here’s something relatively healthy. For those of you on a diet, I recommend making this recipe with at least 83% dark chocolate. If you want more calories and sugar, you can also use milk chocolate. Cut the chocolate into as small pieces as possible and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Set the microwave to 600 watts. Place the bowl with the chocolate in the microwave and let it heat for one minute. Spread the rice cakes on a piece of baking paper. After the microwave is finished, remove the bowl and stir the chocolate until there are no more pieces in the melted chocolate. Take a spoon and drizzle the chocolate over the rice cakes. Now add a pinch of desiccated coconut to each rice cake.
