Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp herbs, dried
  • Garlic
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Slice the carrots and boil them in water until soft. Make a salad dressing with the other ingredients. Mix well and let it marinate.
