Tagliatelle with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 3 onions, young
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the spring onions, trimming the root ends and green leaf ends, and finely chop the onion. Finely slice some of the leaf ends and sauté them with the onions in butter. Add the mascarpone and simmer for a few minutes. Cook the pasta in lightly salted water until al dente and drain. Dice the Gorgonzola and whisk into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the pasta to a plate and pour the sauce over it.
