Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Lemon(s) – peel, grated
  • 160 g flour
  • 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and easy

Knead all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer until the dough is fluffy, then pour it into the greased pan. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
