Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Moist chocolate muffins with cherries

Mix all ingredients (except the cherries) together thoroughly. Drain the cherries and fold them in. Grease the muffin tin thoroughly and fill with the muffin batter. Fill each cup only 2/3 full. Then bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at approximately 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the muffins from the tin immediately.
